CILA home in New Baden FT 3-11pm w e/o weekend
$17.25 to 19.25 starting base pay
Additional 1.00 increase to base pay after completing med pass certification.
Direct Support Professional (DSP) responsibilities include:

Assist with daily tasks such as personal care, cooking and eating meals, personal hygiene and grooming, cleaning inside their home

Help individuals reach any personal goals that are listed in their Individual Service Plans

We will provide paid training so that you can become DSP certified. Wage increase once DSP certified.
Through My Life My Home, individuals with developmental disabilities are provided support to live as independently as possible within the community. My Life My Home manages eight Community Integrated Living Arrangements (CILA) throughout St. Clair and Clinton Counties in Illinois. The individuals who reside at the CILAs are provided daily supports from a team of dedicated Direct Support Professionals.

REQUIREMENTS for DSP: Must be 21 years or older and have a valid driver's license with less than 3 driving offenses. A High School dipolma or GED is required and must provide proof. A criminal background check and physical is required to meet requirements of the position. You must also be able to complete and meet requirement of a reading and comprehension quiz. Ability to meet DCFS/Cants requirement of no abuse/neglect.
