Customer Service and Sales Representative

We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and friendly Order Writer and Sales Representative to join our team at Fort Moore. The ideal candidate will be available both Saturday and Sunday, with hours from 2 PM to 8 PM on Saturdays and 12 PM to 8 PM on Sundays, for 1 to 2 weekends per month. You will join a supportive and team-oriented environment where collaboration and shared success are encouraged. Responsibilities:

• Order Writing: Accurately complete and review order forms, ensuring all information is correct and thorough. Your precision will prevent costly errors and keep our operations running smoothly.
• Customer Interaction: Provide top-notch customer service, assisting customers in filling out order forms, answering questions, and ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.
• Order Entry: Enter orders into our database with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulously check all fields on order forms, including contact information, embroidery details, graduation dates, billing information, and payment plan terms.
• Collaboration: Work alongside a dedicated team, sharing ideas and strategies to ensure accurate and efficient order processing.
• Professional Conduct: Arrive on time, meet the team on base, and conduct yourself with professionalism and pride. You represent the values and standards of My Lineage.

Requirements

• Availability both Saturday (2 PM - 8 PM) and Sunday (12 PM - 8 PM), 1-2 weekends per month at Fort Moore.
• Ability to work on a military base (background check may be required).
• Strong attention to detail and a good eye to ensure order form accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A growth mindset and a willingness to embrace feedback for continuous improvement.
• A teamwork-oriented mindset, contributing to a supportive and efficient work environment.
• Prior sales or administrative experience is a plus but not required.

Compensation and Schedule:

• $375-$625 per weekend for 5 presentations (sometimes more), typically 2 presentations on Saturday and 3 on Sunday.
• Compensation is $50 per presentation plus additional bonuses based on the number of upsells forms filled out.
