Our co-teachers work closely with our team of two head teachers and a group teacher coordinator to ensure that each child receives personalized attention and a well-rounded education. We are part of Grow NJ Kids, therefore, we are able to offer scholarships for either CDA, Associates, or BA. Additional training to make your work experience better is offered both at the preschool location and online.
Curriculum: We implement Teaching Strategies Cloud and Gold. This means, our co-teachers do not need to write lesson plans as each monthly study lesson plans are added to the calendar with just one click. Co-teachers decide how to share the responsibility of creating and implementing lesson plans, activities, and maintaining an environment conducive to teaching and engaging with your students.
Two positions in our IT2s classrooms, the hours we need there are as follows:
8 am to 5 pm
Our Center closes promptly at 7 pm.
