Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Independent Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate must need to have the equipment required for a residential & commercial cleans, she should have strong good communication between the team, she should be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, including residential, commercial, and hospitality settings. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and a keen eye for detail to ensure that all areas are clean, safe, and welcoming.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Ensure that all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly maintained.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to meet health and safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks as needed in hotel or residential settings.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
Qualifications
- Must have prior experience with Independent contract cleaning.
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning, residential cleaning, or housekeeping management is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
