We are a reputable cleaning service dedicated to providing high-quality cleaning solutions for residential properties. We specialize in various cleaning types, including Standard Cleans, Deep Cleans, Move In/Out Cleans, and Airbnb Cleans, ensuring immaculate results that exceed our clients' expectations. Join our team as an Independent Contractor and take part in making homes shine throughout the region.
Payment is 50% of each job taken and payment is processed every Friday through Gusto. You will also be required to sign a contract that will be signed by the owner of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Standard Cleans, Deep Cleans, Move In/Out Cleans, and Airbnb Cleans efficiently and to high standards.
- Maintain a consistent and effective cleaning schedule based on client needs.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any specific cleaning requests.
- Safeguard and manage cleaning supplies and equipment responsibly.
- Adhere to all safety and operational guidelines while working in different environments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of house cleaning experience.
- Reliable transportation to travel to job locations.
- Valid Liability Insurance or willing to get Insurance.
- Strong attention to detail and an ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
