Essential Job Functions:
- Promote trust and respect among associates by communicating company, department, and job specific information.
- Collaborate with associates and promote teamwork to help achieve company/store goals.
- Working a schedule that meets the customer needs.
- Display product knowledge of the products we sell in the deli department
- Maintain quality and freshness of products while following all food safety requirements
- Place seasonal orders to support holidays and events
- Manage the pricing and gross profit percentage of the deli department
- Ability to perform inventory
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- Effective communication skills
- Knowledge of basic math
- Ability to handle stressful situations
- Deli/Restaurant Management experience required
- Knowledge of current food safety guidelines
Starting pay negotiable depending on experience
