Our client is a leader in the enterprise B2B data space. The Director of Marketing will lead the development and execution of the company's marketing strategies and initiatives to increase brand awareness, drive demand generation, and grow revenue.
This position is a hybrid role and you will be expected to work a few days a week in their northern Atlanta office. Applicants currently living in Atlanta preferred.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Lead, develop, and manage a lean team of ~5 marketing channel experts across demand generation, product marketing, field marketing, and communications.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's target audience and customer personas to ensure messaging and tactics resonate with them.
- Create and manage an annual marketing budget to ensure maximum return on investment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
- Develop and maintain a content marketing strategy that aligns with the company's brand messaging and thought leadership position in the market.
- Track and report on key marketing metrics, including lead generation, pipeline contribution, and revenue attribution.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Experience marketing B2B Enterprise products and services; added bonus if you have experience working with data products and services.
- 10 years of marketing experience with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive demand generation and revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high performing team.
- Data-driven with the ability to analyze and interpret marketing performance metrics to inform decision-making.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
