We are seeking an experienced (3 years Min.), motivated and results-driven Sales professional with Macon-to-Atlanta Higher Education Institutional sales network of existing clients to join our dynamic Statup team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients while driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess a collaborative spirit and exceptional customer service skills, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Identify and engage potential clients through various outreach methods.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall sales performance and share best practices.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our offerings effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a collaborative environment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
