Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Paint and Body Technician who specializes in classic car restoration. This role requires expertise in bodywork, metal fabrication, painting, and refinishing to restore vehicles to their original (or custom) glory.
Responsibilities:
- Perform bodywork, including dent removal, rust repair, and panel replacement
- Sand, prime, and paint vehicles using professional techniques
- Align body panels and ensure proper fit and finish
- Conduct metal fabrication and welding as needed for restoration projects
- Work with high-quality materials to achieve top-tier results
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Collaborate with the team to complete projects efficiently and with attention to detail
Qualifications:
Experience in classic car restoration, bodywork, and painting
Strong knowledge of refinishing techniques, including primer, basecoat, and clearcoat applications
Metal fabrication and welding skills are a plus
Attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
