We’ve been in business for more than 20 years and run busy repair shops in Elmhurst and Clarendon Hills. This position is for our Elmhurst location.

WHAT ARE THE COMPENSATION & BENEFITS?
We offer a 5-day work week with weekends off. Our friendly, team-oriented work environment is clean and safe, and we provide updated equipment and diagnostic tools.
Our highly competitive compensation package includes:
- Incentive-based pay with a minimum guarantee. Our A Techs easily make $90,000-$100,000 in our shops.
- Health insurance (Eligibility after 30 days, and we pay 50% of the individual premium. After 3 years tenure, we pay 100% of the individual premium.)
- A retirement plan with company match of up to 3% of earnings.

- Paid training (Company covers training fees and pays you for your time.)
- ASE bonus program reimbursement for ASE exams.

WHAT SKILLS & EXPERIENCE DO YOU NEED?
The Apprentice Technician will perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid changes, vehicle inspections and other light maintenance services. ASE certifications a major plus.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2 years of experience in a quick lube or other auto service environment.
- An associate’s degree or diploma from an automotive training program.
- A willingness to learn and advance their skill set.
To be considered, all candidates must have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A valid driver’s license with no major violations.
- Fluency in English. Spanish a plus!
