- Schedule is on-call based on clinic needs - there are two locations, one is in Henderson and one in Summerlin** Ideally the candidate would be able to "float" between both locations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting diagnostic evaluations, and developing treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. This role requires a strong background in geriatrics, family planning, and hospice palliative medicine, along with proficiency in medical documentation and the use of electronic health record systems such as Cerner.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and diagnostic evaluations for patients.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
- Perform medical procedures including IV infusion, tube feeding, and ventilate management.
- Provide education and counseling to patients and their families regarding health issues and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Participate in family planning services and provide guidance on reproductive health.
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices in nursing.
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice.
- Strong clinical skills with experience in geriatrics and hospice palliative medicine preferred.
- Proficiency in medical office procedures and electronic health records (Cerner experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Ability to perform diagnostic evaluations and manage complex patient cases.
- Commitment to providing compassionate care while adhering to ethical standards.
