We’re looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support business growth. In this role, you’ll handle essential accounting tasks, including processing invoices, managing payroll, and maintaining our financial database. Key Responsibilities:
- Invoice and Transaction Management: Process invoices and daily transactions accurately, tracking expenses to ensure financial clarity.
- Database & Report Maintenance: Regularly update accounting databases, ensuring accurate data entry and generating monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- Payroll & Expense Tracking: Manage payroll, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable functions, keeping records accurate and timely.
- Administrative Support: Perform administrative tasks that contribute to a smooth workflow and support the accounting team’s goals.
- Calendar & Task Coordination: Assist with organizing key operational tasks, ensuring efficiency for the Brand Director and accounting team.
Goals:
- Enhance Efficiency: Improve workflows and support cross-functional collaboration for optimal business operations.
- Financial Alignment: Help align the Brand Director’s strategic initiatives with feasible financial plans, focusing on resource optimization and profitability.
- Support Daily Operations: Handle day-to-day administrative and operational tasks to keep the team organized and efficient.
- Advance Scheduling: Maintain a 12-month calendar outlook for accounting and administrative activities to keep the team on track with key initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years in an accounting role, with proficiency in QuickBooks, payroll, and expense tracking.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and highly organized.
- Proficiency: Comfortable with accounting software and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
