Ecommerce Operations Manager
We’re hiring an Ecommerce Operations Manager to take ownership of our online retail operations, ensuring efficiency, precision, and seamless execution across all touchpoints. In this role, you’ll oversee product drops, optimize website and app functionality, enhance the customer experience, and collaborate across departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires both strategic decision-making and hands-on execution, ensuring that every operational detail aligns with broader business goals.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Ecommerce Oversight
- Coordinate and execute all product drops, ensuring timely and error-free launches.
- Manage website and app updates to maintain seamless functionality and a high-quality user experience.
- Optimize product listings, promotions, and campaigns to drive engagement and sales.
Customer Experience Leadership
Lead the customer experience team, ensuring timely responses and effective issue resolution.Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and build brand loyalty.Cross-Departmental Operations Collaboration
Work closely with warehouse, logistics, and inventory teams to ensure efficient operations.Support teams in optimizing processes for order processing, inventory management, and shipping logistics.Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements to enhance overall efficiency.Partner with the marketing team to align on campaign schedules and ensure timely content across all platforms.Maintain consistency between ecommerce operations and brand messaging.Performance Monitoring & Process Improvement
Track and analyze key ecommerce metrics, including conversion rates and traffic.Refine workflows and processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support business growth.Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Operations, Marketing, or a related field.Experience
3-5 years of experience in ecommerce operations, ideally within fashion, beauty, or retail.Proven ability to manage and optimize Shopify stores and Klaviyo email marketing campaigns.Skills
Proficient in Shopify and Klaviyo .Well-rounded understanding of ecommerce operations, including customer experience, logistics, and marketing integration.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and cross-departmental collaboration.Adaptability
