We’re hiring a Strategic Finance & Operations Assistant to support the Brand Director with essential financial and operational tasks, ensuring our business strategies align with financial goals and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and uses data to make informed decisions. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
Qualifications:
- Experience with QuickBooks: Minimum 1 year of experience required
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- 2 years in financial or operational support
- Strong grasp of financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting
- Proficient in Excel and business operations
- Payroll processing experience
- Excellent task prioritization and process improvement skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Oversight: Conduct financial analyses, manage budgets, and align initiatives with financial goals
- Operational Support: Coordinate tasks across departments for seamless operations
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze performance data to support profitability and growth
- Calendar Management: Keep the Brand Director’s calendar organized and forward-looking
- Payments & Scheduling: Oversee payments, timelines, and completion of tasks
- Event & Meeting Coordination: Support event planning and ensure Director receives relevant information
- Strategic Execution: Facilitate actionable steps for strategic goals across teams
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Streamline communication among finance, operations, and other teams
- Reporting: Present regular financial, operational, and business metric reports
