My Pediatrician, PLLC is looking for an enthusiastic experienced level Front Desk and Medical Assistant who can join to support our clinical team. These positions require cross training. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will support patients through a variety of tasks. The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner.
As a Medical Assistant, you will be responsibletoperform a variety of administrative and clinical tasks. Provide basic support and assistance to the physician & clinical staff.
Responsibilities
- Answer high volume phone calls and assist patients
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Update and file medical records and insurance reports
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Check with patients and type up patients charts
- Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments
- Inform patients when lab results are ready
- Triage Patients
- Vaccinate (MA)
- Draw blood (MA)
- POC testing (MA)
- Labs (MA)
- Other duties that may be assigned
