Bilingual Medical Assistant

My Pediatrician, PLLC is looking for an enthusiastic experienced Medical Assistant who can join to support our clinical team. These positions require cross training. We are a private pediatric clinic with a strong work ethic and team focused environment. As a Medical Assistant, you will be responsible to perform a variety of administrative and clinical tasks. Provide basic support and assistance to the physician & clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and assist patients
• Organize and schedule appointments
• Update and file medical records and insurance reports
• Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
• Check with patients and type up patients charts
• Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments
• Inform patients when lab results are ready
• Triage Patients
• Vaccinate
• Draw blood
• POC testing
• Labs
• Other duties that may be assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
