My Pest Pros has an immediate need for passionate, dedicated, and hard-working individuals to join our team. We are seeking people who can provide excellent customer service, think on their feet, and help build strong client relationships. You will service residential and commercial clients, assess issues, problem-solve, make recommendations, and provide preventative treatments as well as solve existing pest problems.
This is a great position for people who like spending time outdoors, driving a route, working independently, solving problems, and enjoying making people happy.

Technicians take their work vehicle home and go directly to their stops each day.
Compensation is based on prior experience and includes the opportunity to earn commissions and bonuses.
Requirements
- Successful candidates will be at least 18 years of age, authorized to work in the US
- High school diploma or equivalent
- The ability to work before 8 AM, after 5 PM, and on a Saturday rotation
- Be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Candidates must be able to pass a background check, including a drug screen and have a good driving record
- Obtain/maintain state-mandated pest control licenses, if you do not already have one
- The ability to read, speak, and comprehend English
- Good oral and written communication skills
Salary : $45,000 - $80,000
