We are seeking a Full Time Overnight dedicated and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our team at a new hotel. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. This role is crucial in maintaining guest satisfaction and fostering positive guest relations in a vibrant hospitality environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with information about the resort and available services.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and billing information using hotel management software.
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures efficiently.
- Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for incoming guests.
- Utilize phone systems effectively to manage incoming calls and provide information to guests.
- Promote resort services, amenities, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality management is preferred, ideally within a resort or hotel setting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds; multilingual abilities are a plus.
