What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Front Desk Agent position at My Place Hotel?
My Place King George is seeking experienced Front Desk Agents/ Guest Service Representatives. Only candidates with excellent customer service skills will be considered. Must be proficient in customer service, handling customer complaints, cash handling and computer experience. Must have an open availability to work AM, PM and Overnight shifts, weekdays, weekends and holidays
Some duties include:
- Running daily operation of the front desk while maintaining brand standards
- Handling and resolving all guests issues/concerns while maintaining high guest satisfaction scores
- Must be able to work at a fast pace and multi-task
- Performing check-ins, check-outs, incoming reservations, fulfilling guests requests, receiving shipments and maintaining cleanliness of common areas
- Must be capable of working independently with minimal supervision and decision making skills.
- Cleaning, breakfast and laundry duties required
