We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will also play a key role in supervising maintenance activities and providing excellent customer service.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery, equipment, and systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Fabricate components as needed to support repairs or modifications.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to understand system operations.
- Operate and maintain logic controllers for automated systems.
- Weld components when necessary to ensure structural integrity.
- Lead maintenance projects, providing guidance and supervision to junior technicians.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English for effective communication with team members and clients.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance tasks.
- Ability to read schematics and technical documents accurately.
- Experience with logic controllers is preferred.
- Welding skills are a plus for fabrication tasks.
