We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during overnight hours. Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly audits of hotel financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of room occupancy, reservations, and billing information.
- Provide outstanding customer service to guests, addressing any concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
- Utilize phone systems effectively to handle incoming calls and communicate with guests and staff.
- Ensure the lobby and front desk area are clean and welcoming for guests.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including preparing reports for management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and seamless operations.
Experience
- Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality role is preferred.
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for enhancing guest relations.
- A background in hospitality management will be advantageous in understanding guest needs and expectations.
