The MY PLACE HOTEL green bay is looking for a great individual to join our team as our Hotel Maintenance Technician !
Please Note :
- Shift will typically include morning and afternoon hours unless emergency or special circumstances arise.
- Full-time-20 Hours per week per need of the hotel
Duties Include :
- Work in accordance with Hotel's Brand Standards and in accordance with maintenance guidelines and goals.
- Offer courteous and sincere hospitality at all times.
- Maintain a safe, clean hotel and grounds.
- Preventative maintenance of all rooms and common areas by ensuring all furniture, appliances and electrical equipment such as TV's, refrigerators and light fixtures are in working order.
- Preventative maintenance on all maintenance tools and equipment.
- Maintain exterior landscaping and lawn
- Ensure all repairs meet company standards.
- Assist in the cleanliness of and maintain Hotel's exterior spaces and common areas.
Important Position Requirements :
- Have working knowledge of general repair skills.
- Ability to efficiently multi-task and work under time constraints.
- Be team oriented and be able to take direction.
- Aid in housekeeping and front desk in housekeeping and janitorial duties.
- Must possess the physical ability to perform all duties.
- Valid driver's license.
- Well groomed, practices personal hygiene, adheres to company dress code policy.
