- Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation to closing deals with minimal supervision
- Inspect and diagnose sewer and drain systems using video technology
- Educate customers – build trust by guiding them through solutions with expertise and transparency
- Achieve revenue goals while maintaining professionalism and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with customer service & dispatch teams for seamless service
- Stay ahead of the game – participate in training and stay updated on industry trends
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and oversee the onboarding process for new clients
- 3 years of sales experience (preferably in-home services, sewer, or drain industries)
- Technical proficiency with camera and drain equipment
- A proven closer with a passion for delivering solutions and exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication & organization skills to ensure a seamless customer experience
- A clean driving record for reliable service calls
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative and supportive environment
