Summary/Objective
We are looking for a bookkeeper to provide assistance and support to one or more of our Account Managers.
Responsibilities
o Full charge bookkeeping responsibilities
§ Handling Accounts Payable and Receivable
§ Enter all Cash Receipts
§ Enter Credit Card statements and process as needed
§ Reconcile bank account statements
§ General Ledger
§ Process clients’ payroll as instructed by supervisor
o Assist with client vendor tasks – billing set up, utilities, telephone, etc.
o Additional projects provided by the Account Manager or Accountant
Required Qualifications
o Proficiency in Datafaction Legacy and Imaging or AgilLink computer software
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
o Full charge bookkeeping experience
o Excellent organizational skills
o Able to meet deadlines
o Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
o Ability to work fulltime.
- Run monthly General Ledger reviews with Account Executive.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
