Magic Touch Cares is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering communities through environmental stewardship, civic engagement, and initiatives that enhance the quality of life for all residents. Our mission is to unite individuals, businesses, and organizations to create lasting positive change by fostering sustainability, strengthening community bonds, and inspiring a culture of responsibility.
We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Officers, Directors, and Volunteers to help us grow and execute impactful programs like the Clermont Clean-Up Extravaganza and other community-focused initiatives.
Open Positions:
- Officers (President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer)
- Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the organization.
- Develop and implement programs and initiatives aligned with the organization’s mission.
- Manage budgets, fundraising efforts, and financial reporting (Treasurer).
- Maintain organizational records, meeting minutes, and compliance (Secretary).
- Represent Magic Touch Cares at community events and meetings.
- Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Experience in nonprofit management, finance, or community outreach is a plus.
- Passion for environmental sustainability and community development.
- Ability to commit 5-10 hours per week.
- Directors (Program Director, Volunteer Coordinator, Marketing Director)
- Responsibilities:
- Program Director: Plan, execute, and evaluate community programs and events.
- Volunteer Coordinator: Recruit, train, and manage volunteers for events and initiatives.
- Marketing Director: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events, engage the community, and grow the organization’s presence.
- Qualifications:
- Experience in program management, volunteer coordination, or marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative problem-solving and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to commit 5-8 hours per week.
- Volunteers
- Responsibilities:
- Assist with event planning, setup, and execution (e.g., Clermont Clean-Up).
- Support outreach efforts to engage community members and local businesses.
- Help with administrative tasks, fundraising, and marketing campaigns.
- Qualifications:

- No prior experience required—training will be provided.
