What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Supervisor position at MY RECRUE?
Dealing with the manager. 1st shift (6:00a-2:30p)…must be ok with working an occasional Saturday/on-call. Should move pretty quick with a strong resume.

"We are looking for a candidate with experience leading a maintenance team in a fast paced manufacturing environment with experience in lean manufacturing principals and Reliability Centered Maintenance practices. We need someone that has managed a team with more than team lead experience. Someone that has managed everything from personnel issues to time keeping to hands on turning a wrench."
Requirements:
- 5-10 years production equipment maintenance experience (conveyors/assembly lines, etc.)
- 1-2 recent years of supervisory experience.
- Lean mfg experience a big plus.
- Well versed in predictive/preventative maintenance practices
- Experience reading blueprints and schematics are required.
- Requires a broad working knowledge of various skilled trades including machinist, welder, electrician, and maintenance mechanic.
- Extensive knowledge of various building and fire codes as well as the National Electric Code, OSHA, and EPA regulations.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $38.91 - $40.74 per hour
