Job Title: Medical Assistant – Specialty Clinic Flex
Location: Watertown, WI
Salary: $40,000 - $45,000 per year
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time (32 hours per week, .8 FTE)
Position Overview
Client is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist with CNA, EMT, or LPN certification to join our Specialty Clinics team. This flex position involves traveling between clinics as needed to provide exceptional patient care and operational support.
As a key member of the healthcare team, the Clinical Support Specialist will assist with preparing and maintaining patient records, supporting patient flow, and providing direct patient care as directed by physicians, providers, or nurses.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care and support services in alignment with clinic protocols.
- Prepare and maintain patient records accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with preparing patients for consultations with physicians or providers.
- Ensure optimal patient flow and maintain a welcoming and efficient clinic environment.
- Travel between Specialty Clinics based on clinic needs.
Qualifications
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
Certification:
- Completion of one of the following programs:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
- Emergency Medical Technician (EMT).
- Medical Assistant (MA).
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
