What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Caretaker/ Cleaner position at My Rental Advisor?
Our vacation rental company is looking for a local who can look after a vacation rental property. The duties include:
Ensuring that units are clean and ready for guest check-in.
Reporting/coordinating any maintenance.
Being reasonably available if guests have issues while in house.
Most properties rent 2-6 times a month. Hours and methods are determined by you and you will have a high level of flexibility as long as objectives are met.
PREFERED QUALITIES IN CANDIDATES:
Responsible and self motivated.
Previous positions of responsibility.
Access to additional help if needed (friend/husband, etc.)
Cleaning experience
Reasonably open schedule
Basic home repair skills (nothing technical just handy with a screwdriver)
Basic tech abilities with a smart phone (email, text, etc.)
