Essential Responsibilities :
- THIS IS A FULL TIME, ONSITE POSITION. This is NOT a Re mote / Hy brid position.
- Responds to customer inquiries and issues with thoroughness, professionalism, & in a timely manner.
- Efficiently processes administrative tasks as assigned, adjusting workload for occasional outbound calling or data input projects.
