Responsibilities:
- Hardware and Software Oversight:
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
- Implement and manage backup solutions to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Monitor system performance and ensure uptime and reliability.
- Manage password policies and ensure secure access to systems and data.
- MS365 Administration:
- Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Provide support and training to end-users on MS365 applications.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and security standards.
- Telephony Systems:
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of telephony systems (VoIP, PBX).
- Troubleshoot telephony issues and ensure seamless communication across the organization.
- Collaborate with vendors to implement new telephony solutions.
- Security:
- Implement and manage security measures to protect IT systems and data.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
- Cloud Services:
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and ensure optimal performance.
- Deploy and maintain cloud-based applications and services.
- Monitor cloud usage and optimize costs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in MS365 administration, telephony systems, IT security, cloud services, and hardware/software management.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and security best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Great customer service skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Certifications such as MS365 Certified, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or similar.
