In this role, you’ll connect with Korean-speaking clients, promote our services, and help set up appointments for our licensed sales team. Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling: Receiving and scheduling appointments for inbound calls.
- Lead Engagement: Use our company’s systems to create successful live transfers and appointments with potential clients.
- Service Promotion: Clearly and professionally communicate the benefits of our services to prospective clients.
- Sales Skills: Learn and apply effective sales techniques and rebuttals to engage potential clients.
- Product Knowledge: Gain a solid understanding of Medicare basics and the insurance products we offer.
- Continuous Improvement: Embrace feedback and coaching to continuously improve your performance.
- Client Relations: Build strong relationships with clients and keep them engaged throughout the conversation.
