Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team. This in-office position requires a professional with experience in bookkeeping and financial record-keeping. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and assisting with financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Process payroll after client initiates in ADP
- Prepare financial reports in quickbooks
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
- Assist with tax preparation
- Perform other administrative and financial tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks and QBO)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting-preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Associate’s or Relevant Experience
- Ability to be punctual required
Schedule & Compensation:
- Part-time, [20-25] hours per week
- In-office position (No remote work)
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience
