MY Shower Door is the premier provider of Frameless Glass Shower Enclosures. This family-owned business has been successfully manufacturing, designing, and installing luxury glass enclosures for over 20 years! With a team of over 180 employees, we currently maintain 10 locations throughout the state of Florida! We pride ourselves on providing our clients with an exceptional customer experience with each interaction and we credit that to our Incredible Team!
We are currently seeking an In-Home Estimator / S ales Associate to join our team in Fort Myers Florida!
This Opportunity is for you, if you are :
Experienced in the construction industry, specifically with taking specific measurements.
Professional, outgoing, personable, and compassionate.
Passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
Organized with demonstrated ability to multi-task.
Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
An excellent communicator, both face-to-face and over the phone.
As an In-Home Estimator / Sales Associate y ou will :
Perform in-home estimates, taking accurate measurements of enclosure space(s).
Provide best-in-class service to our customers.
Listen and uncover customers' needs and assist them in finding the best solution for their space.
Educate customers on our superior products and what differentiates MSD from its competitors.
Assist and educate customers from our showroom / design center.
Engage in networking functions, lunch & learn events, and utilize social media to build relationships, expand the brand, and grow the customer base.
Foster a positive atmosphere, ensuring commitment to our Core Values : Customer-Focused, Passion, Integrity, Safety, Collaboration, & Communication.
