As a sales representative, you will be responsible to bring in new signage, vehicle wraps, and printing business focusing in medium to large business, as well as corporate and enterprise levels. You will create sales plans and strategies and must achieve sales quotas and goals.

We are looking for a driven, self-motivated individual that can create a great customer experience, amazing communication skills, and masters the sales cycle, taking it from first contact to completion. You must be a good communicator that can work well unsupervised but is great at following direction and guidelines.

Required from candidate:

• Must be self driven and motivated.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Friendly and professional character.
• Must be able to get his/her own leads and generate business.
• Minimum 3 years in signage and printing sales.
• Knowledgeable in sign design, construction, and different types of signage.
• Knowledgeable in printing products.
• Permit pulling experience is a plus.
• Knows how to manage a project from first contact to completion.
• Keeps good track of daily activities and has great customer service and follow up.
• Looking for a company to grow in.
• Proficient in Word, Excel.
• Photoshop and Illustrator proficiency preferred.
• Is comfortable and knows how to prepare quotes and is a good negotiator and closer.
• Works well without constant supervision but follows rules and guidance.
• Superior relationship building, networking, and customer service skills.

Position requirements:

• Gets new clients through calls, emails, social media, and in person visits.
• Responsible for bringing in new clients for signage and printing services. Preferably large corporate accounts.
• Has constant communication with supervisor.
• Valid driver’s license

Compensation:

• Commission based pay

Pay: $36,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
