Duties and Responsibilities of an Energy Expert in Training:
- Engage with homeowners through direct, in-person outreach.
- Present our products/services in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
- Identify potential customers and qualify them for appointments.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives to conduct in-depth consultations.
- Address customer inquiries and provide basic information about the company and its offerings.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while representing the company.
- Track interactions, appointments, and customer feedback using company tools.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly appointment-setting goals.
- Learn and understand company products, services, and renewable energy solutions.
Skills and Qualifications of a Sales Reps
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing, confident, and comfortable engaging with new people.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or door-to-door canvassing is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation.
- Availability to work flexible hours
Compensation Expectations:
*Starting earning potential upwards of $5,000 per month working less then 40 hours.
Team Hours:
Tuesday - Friday 1pm - 7pm and Saturday 9am - 3pm

Experience Requirements:
Sales rep must be able to drive, walk and stand for long periods and routinely talk to people about our products and services. We require a working knowledge of GPS software, maps and other navigational tools which will be provided.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Commission
Pay: $500.00 - $2,200.00 per week
