Our Commitment to Your Success
We're dedicated to helping you achieve your first 100 enrollments as quickly as possible translating to approximately $30,000 in commissions and $2,800 in monthly renewal income. Average first-year commissions are expected to be $45,000 to $65,000, with many of our second-year agents earning over $110,000. Responsibilities
- Promote and sell a range of insurance products.
- Engage with clients to help them understand their insurance needs.
- Evaluate clients' existing insurance policies and recommend plan changes as needed.
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
- Conduct sales visits to meet potential clients (local traveling is part of the job)
Requirements
- Experience in retail sales or insurance sales.
- Good memorization for available plans and benefits. (usually 20 to 40 primary plans)
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to assess clients' needs and suggest appropriate products.
- Previous experience in sales, especially home sales and some phone sales.
