About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Director to manage and grow our online presence. This role is primarily remote but requires local travel 2-3 times per week to capture content. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms
- Create, schedule, and manage posts to drive engagement and growth
- Capture and edit high-quality content (photos/videos) for marketing
- Monitor analytics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Engage with our online community and respond to messages/comments
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
- Experience in social media management and content creation
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Basic photo and video editing skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Must have reliable transportation for in-person content gathering
