Top sports store in Greenville seeking customer service rep who has great customer service skills, dependable enjoys sports and talking sports with others.Must be flexible with schedule competitive pay.
- Provides polite and courteous service to all guests. and welcoming all guests into the store.
- Actively engages all guests on the sales floor. Provide excellent customer service by adhering to all customer service initiatives as laid out by the Store Manager.
- Actively sells and upsells products based on customer likes and needs.
- Learns and knows the product collections that are carried in each location. Become proficient in the stock we carry to better assist all guests.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining merchandising presentation throughout the store including visual presentations. Keeps merchandise stocked and the store properly filled and organized throughout the shift.
- Maintains general order and cleanliness of merchandise location and stockrooms. Includes cleaning windows, spot sweeping of floors, dusting of merchandise displays and emptying trashcans as needed
