Disposition Assistant

As a Disposition Assistant at MTHS, you will play a crucial role in our success by assisting the Disposition Manager with nurturing relationships with our investors and helping assign our deals to the right buyer. Your responsibilities will include representing our brand with professionalism, consistent touch points with hundreds of investors, packaging and publishing weekly deal information, hosting walk-throughs at our properties, and building new relationships. We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual who can provide exceptional service to our clients and help them achieve their investment goals. Responsibilities:

• Assist with buyer communication by responding to buyer inquiries in a timely manner
• Manage CRM, especially by updating buyer profiles and with buyer activity 
• Attend networking events as necessary and be a brand ambassador
• Host investor walkthroughs at our properties as backup to the Disposition Manager
• Package and publish weekly deal information via multiple platforms
• Provide exceptional customer service and answer client inquiries effectively
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless client experience

Compensation:

• $45,000 salary with potential for significant growth, commission and bonuses
• On target earnings (total compensation): Up to $55,000/year plus benefits
