Temp to Perm Maintenance Positions :
This open position is for our Tampa location with our client this is a temp to hire position for the right person.
Basic tools and good working knowledge of commercial maintenance.
Job descriptions are below but not limited to exact specs.
- HVAC Maintenance : Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation.
- Plumbing : Handle minor plumbing issues such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and performing other basic repairs.
- Drywall and Painting : Patch and repair drywall, and perform painting tasks to maintain the aesthetic quality of the building.
- Electrical Repairs : Conduct basic electrical repairs, including replacing outlets, switches, and light fixtures.
Requirements : Must have a clean background and clean driving record.
Position is located near the downtown Tampa area, must also be willing to work weekends / after hours when emergencies happen.
