Deliver premium, concierge-level service to clients from initial inquiry through final booking
Handle phone calls, emails, and online submissions promptly and professionally
Research and book both domestic and international travel packages including airfare, hotels, tours, car rentals, cruises, and more
Work with leading travel brands like Expedia, Universal Studios, Delta, Princess Cruises, and Avis
Learn and use various online travel booking systems and supplier portals
Provide accurate pricing, process changes, and handle payments securely
Send out travel confirmations and e-tickets to clients
