- Research and book a wide range of travel options, including airfare, hotels, tours, and ground transportation, both domestically and internationally
- Collaborate with top suppliers like Expedia, Universal Studios, Princess Cruises, Avis, Delta, and more.
- Familiarize yourself with various web-based booking engines and travel resources.
- Calculate pricing and cost adjustments for changes or additional trip fees.
- Issue e-tickets and process credit card payments over the phone.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience is necessary - we'll provide comprehensive training.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
