Overview:
The role will involve supporting all aspects of the business operations, including scheduling, customer service, sales, and basic bookkeeping. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping the business organized and growing our customer base while the business is scaling up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Customer Acquisition: Proactively seek new customers and assist in developing sales strategies to expand the customer base.
-Scheduling & Coordination: Manage appointments for tree trimming, removal, and planting services. Coordinate with the team and customers for scheduling.
-Customer Service & Communication: Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and maintain professional relationships with customers.
-Bookkeeping & Invoicing: Assist with invoicing, tracking payments, and handling other basic financial duties to ensure the business runs smoothly.
-Administrative Support: Handle paperwork, file systems, and manage customer databases.
-Marketing Assistance: Support efforts in online and offline marketing campaigns to generate new business.
Skills & Qualifications:
-Experience in customer service, sales, or office administration is preferred.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to multitask and manage various responsibilities.
-Excellent communication skills (phone, email, and in-person).
-Basic understanding of bookkeeping or willingness to learn.
-Knowledge or interest in the tree care industry is a plus.
-Proficiency in basic office software (GSuite, Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, etc.).

Additional Details:
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8-5 PM
