Power BI Analyst(Must Have State Department Exp)
Pierre, SD (Onsite)
12 months Contract with possibility up to four (4) one (1) year extensions

Minimum Qualifications:
- Master of Science degree in Information Technology or related master’s degree
- Five years of experiencing with Power BI
- Proficient in Power BI administration, such as gateways, user/report access, workspaces
- Proficient in DAX and M languages
- Proficient in SQL language
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools 3.1.7.10.7
- Two years’ experience working in a public health setting
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, publish, and schedule PowerBI report solutions
- Implement row-level security and have an understanding of application security layer models in PowerBI
- Develop PowerBI data flows and common data models/services that are compatible with warehouse standards
- Collaborate with team members to evaluate existing PowerBI processes and integration of system data
- Provide training and support PowerBI users with technical questions or troubleshooting
- Follow quality assurance and control processes, and perform routine data management tasks, such as data validation and correction, queries and editing to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and completeness
- Develop and update technical documentation for established dashboards
- Translate business needs into clearly defined, well-documented, high-quality requirements, functional designs, and technical specifications.
