EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- Designing and configuring ServiceNow FSO modules:
- Customizing workflows, forms, and other elements within the FSO application to align with specific business processes like account opening, loan origination, dispute resolution, and customer service.
- Business requirement gathering:
- Understanding the specific needs of financial services clients and translating them into functional requirements for the ServiceNow FSO implementation.
- Integration with other systems:
- Connecting the ServiceNow FSO platform with existing systems like core banking systems, CRM, and data warehouses to ensure seamless data flow.
- Developing custom solutions:
- Building custom workflows, scripts, and integrations to address unique FSO requirements not covered by standard ServiceNow functionalities.
- User training and support:
- Providing training to end users on how to utilize the ServiceNow FSO platform to manage customer interactions and operational tasks effectively.
- Performance monitoring and reporting:
- Analyzing data within the ServiceNow platform to identify trends, measure key performance indicators (KPIs), and optimize processes.
- Required skills for a ServiceNow FSO role:
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform:
- Expertise in core ServiceNow functionalities like workflows, business rules, UI policies, and scripting.
- Financial services domain knowledge:
- Familiarity with financial products, regulations, and operational processes within banking, insurance, or capital markets.
- Project management skills:
- Ability to manage implementation projects from planning to deployment, including scope definition, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Technical skills:
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and other web development technologies for customizations within ServiceNow.
