Vendor Risk Analyst
1 year contract with the potential to convert
Candidates will have to report onsite 2 days a week in either Vienna, VA, Pensacola, FL or San Diego, CA. The Vienna, VA location is the preferred location.
$56/hr on Client W2
Minimum a Bachelor Degree in a related field (willing to substitute for more YOE)
Minimum 5-7 years of experience
Candidates must be able to work without sponsorship, now and in the future.
Responsibilities:
- Engaging with vendors
- Performing risk analysis/assessments when engaging with vendors
- Monitoring vendor performances in SLA’s
- Inspecting vendor responsibilities and how it aligns with established agreements
Required Skills:
- Gap identification
- Process improvements
- Risk assessments/analysis
- Previous experience working with 3rd party vendor relations
- Procurements experience
- Previously experience working in finance/banking ideally
Preferred Skills:
- VRM Certifications (CTPRP, CTPRA, NCCO, or CRCM)
- 3rd party risk management (TPRM) platforms
- Knowledge in mortgage lending and servicing compliance
- Contract analysis highly preferrable in the procurement space
