Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our team! As a Leasing Agent, you will be the face of our property, responsible for creating a positive experience for prospective and current tenants. You’ll play a key role in marketing the property, attracting new tenants, and ensuring the satisfaction of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leasing and Marketing:
- Showcase vacant units by conducting property tours for prospective tenants.
- Assist with property marketing efforts, including online advertising and promotional materials.
- Answer inquiries from prospective tenants and provide detailed information about the property, lease terms, and amenities.
- Process rental applications, including tenant screenings and background checks.
- Prepare and finalize lease agreements in compliance with property policies.
2. Tenant Relations:
- Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective tenants.
- Address tenant questions and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain positive relationships with residents to foster a welcoming community atmosphere.
3. Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of leases, applications, and tenant information.
- Track and follow up on leads and prospects in a timely manner.
- Assist with rent collection and support other administrative tasks as needed.
4. Property Management Support:
- Ensure show units and common areas are clean and visually appealing for tours.
- Report maintenance requests or property concerns to the appropriate team members.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in property management software is a plus.
- Knowledge of local leasing laws and regulations is preferred.
