Your Opportunity :
This is a full-time, in-person position reporting to the Chief Marketing and Operations Officer. As the Email & Push Notification Graphic Designer you will be responsible for designing visually appealing and engaging email campaigns, push notifications, and other digital assets. You'll collaborate with the marketing, product, and development teams to create designs that align with our brand and resonate with our audience, driving engagement and customer retention.
Job Responsibilities :
Design and develop eye-catching email templates, push notifications, and digital communication assets.Collaborate with marketing teams to align visual content with campaign goals and target audiences.Ensure all designs are on-brand, responsive, and optimized for various devices and platforms.Create engaging visuals that encourage user interaction and drive conversions.Work with project managers, creative teams and email marketing platforms (e.g., Marketing Cloud, AWS Pinpoint and Firebase or similar) to implement designs and ensure functionality.Test and refine designs for compatibility and performance across different email clients and mobile devices.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in email and push notification design.Skill and Abilities :
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Figma.Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., MarketingCloud AWSPinpoint, Firebase or similar).Knowledge of HTML and CSS for email design is a plus.Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first design.Ability to create visually appealing, engaging, and action-driven designs.Excellent attention to detail and ability to adhere to brand guidelines.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with A / B testing and analytics to improve design effectiveness is a plus.Job Requirements :
Required language Spanish, bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).One year experience in designing email templates, push notifications, or similar digital marketing assets.One year of marketing copy development is a plus.Experience working in the fintech or neobanking industry is a plus.Physical Requirements :
