We are looking for a dynamic leader who thrives on analyzing data, builds strong teams, and delivers measurable results. As the Manager, Organizational Development you will play a vital role in fostering innovation, enhancing organizational culture, and driving employee growth.

In this leadership position, you will act as the liaison and advisor to the organization’s leadership on organizational effectiveness and development. You will oversee a team dedicated to creating impactful programs that drive employee growth, tactical efficiencies, and cultural initiatives.

A typical day-to-day may include:

  • Lead and mentor your team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for enhancing organizational effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement programs such as career ladders, mentoring initiatives, succession planning, and internal training pathways.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental planning sessions to advance organizational goals and strengthen culture.
  • Oversee vendor relationships for outsourced training needs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement by evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and updating strategies for greater impact.
  • Support change management efforts, helping employees navigate transitions with clarity and confidence.

 

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, business, or related field (master’s degree preferred).
  • 6 years of organizational development, HR analytics, or business intelligence experience. 3 years in a supervisory role preferred.
  • Proven ability to design and implement strategic plans and evaluate outcomes.
  • ATD-CPTD and/or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
