Job Summary

MyCare Medical is seeking an experienced Human Resource Coordinator to assist in performing administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organization’s human resource department.  This role combines expertise in employee relations, performance management, HR policy development and implementation, and leadership collaboration to support organizational success, particularly in a value-based healthcare environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
• Completes Forms I-9, verifies supporting documentation and maintains I-9 files.
• Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management.
• Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
• Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
• Makes photocopies; processes mail, scans and emails documents; and performs other clerical functions for the HR department.
• May assist with payroll functions including processing and answering employee questions.
• Acts as a liaison between the organization and external benefits providers and vendors, which may include health, disability, and retirement plan providers.
• Conducts or assists with new hire orientation alongside Operation’s training & development leaders.
• Works alongside Talent Management and Operations leadership to implement continued training courses for growth & development, as well as corrective performance trainings.
• Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment and annual performance reviews.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
