Role Summary :
As an Aesthetic Health & Wellness Specialist you will integrate aesthetic treatments wellness support and holistic health coaching to enhance both the physical appearance and overall wellbeing of our clients. Your role will involve providing expert guidance clinical support and personalized care to create a seamless journey toward optimal health and confidence.
Key Responsibilities :
Clinical Support : Assist with a range of health and wellness assessments manage patient intake and scheduling and ensure a high standard of care coordination.
Aesthetic & Wellness Services : Perform noninvasive aesthetic treatments support clients with personalized wellness plans and educate them on holistic health practices.
Operational Excellence : Maintain high service standards utilize healthcare IT systems for efficient practice management and contribute to sales and client engagement strategies.
What Were Looking For :
Bachelors degree in a health wellness or aestheticrelated field.
Certification in a relevant specialty (e.g. aesthetic procedures wellness coaching or clinical health assessments) preferred but not required.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Technical proficiency particularly with healthcare IT systems and aesthetic treatment tools.
